How can we find out about restocks?
We will announce info on our next restocks on our socials @dailyflame__ or via our newsletter so make sure to subscribe on our website!

How long is the jarred flame burn time?
Our jarred flames burn for 40 hours in total - please refer to our flame care page for the top tips to get the most out of your flame.

How long is the flame bod burn time?
Our flame bods burn for 1 hour in total - we think these are best kept as ornaments or to burn on special occasions (using a heat proof dish).

Do you offer custom flame bods?
Unfortunately, at the moment this isn’t an option that we’re able to offer - hopefully in the future though!

 

ORDERS

I’ve placed an order but I’ve made a mistake - can I change it?
No problem - if you’d made a mistake with your order, please contact us at hello@dailyflame.co.uk within 1 hour of placing your order to let us know and we will correct it.

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at hello@dailyflame.co.uk with you name and we will be able to help locate your order details.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of our packaging is recyclable. See the breakdown below:
🌿our postal boxes are recycled & recyclable
🌿our labels are biodegradable
🌿our protective paper is 100% recyclable & biodegradable
🌿our jars are reuseable and recyclable (once you’ve removed the sticker) and there are ideas on how to reuse our jars on our social channels. We love to use ours as little plant pots!

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, as a small business we aren’t currently able to offer international shipping. This is something that we are working towards and hoping to make happen very soon. Make sure to follow us on socials (@dailyflame__) to be the first to know.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is FREE
Express delivery is currently £3.00, but this can vary.

How long is delivery?
We offer two delivery options on site at the moment - standard delivery and express delivery.
For free delivery, please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to get to you.
For express delivery, please allow up to 3 working days for your parcel.

Is there a risk of catching COVID-19 from a parcel?
The latest guidance and advice suggest that the risk is very low as the virus does not survive outside of the human body for more than 24 hours. We would always recommend following the government advice which is to wash your hands after touching the parcel and recycling (or disposing) of the external packaging.

Do you accept returns?
We are unable to accept returns due to a change of heart, but happy to accept returns on faulty items in the following circumstances -
· We’re made aware of the return within 28 days of receiving your item
· The item has been purchased via www.dailyflame.co.uk
· The item is faulty and returned in its original condition
· The item is safely packed to avoid further damage

If your item is faulty, please send an email to hello@dailyflame.co.uk with the order details and pictures attached. We will let you know next steps.

What happens after I’ve sent my faulty order back to you?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
